After confirming the reservation, you will pay 50% of the deposit for the accommodation by bank transfer.
10 days before arrival you will pay the remaining 50%.

Czech FKSP (Cultural and Social Needs Fund) can also be used for payment.
A deposit of 3.000 CZK will be collected on arrival and refunded on the day of departure.

 

Cancellation policy:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival.

The price includes garbege, accommodation tax and electricity.

The price does not include final cleaning of the apartment: 

1.000 CZK (summer season)/1.200 CZK (secondary season, Christmas)

Additional services:

Sauna is charged:

700 CZK/3 hours/one session

1.200 CZK/unlimited use throughout the stay (in case of a 2-night stay)

2.000 CZK/unlimited use throughout the stay (for stays of 3 nights or more)

Payment for sauna and wine in cash on site or by transfer.
